WHAT IF YOUR BRAIN CAN CHANGE?
A 4-Week Masterclass Series for Brain Health, Neuroplasticity & Nervous System Resilience
What if your brain is more capable of change than you ever imagined?
For many years, we believed that the adult brain was largely fixed. Today, the science of neuroplasticity has given us a very different understanding: throughout life, the brain and nervous system retain the ability to adapt in response to experience, learning and practice.
This four-week experiential masterclass is an invitation to discover what that can mean in your own life.
Together, we will explore how movement, breath, meditation, deep relaxation, learning and everyday lifestyle choices can support brain health and a more resilient nervous system.
This is not simply a class about the brain.
You will experience the practices for yourself.
Each week combines accessible science with yoga and mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and practical tools you can begin incorporating into your daily life.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Our Four-Week Journey
Week 1 — October 6
Your Brain Can Change
Understanding Neuroplasticity
Discover what neuroplasticity is, how the brain adapts and changes, and some of the conditions that support learning and new patterns. We will begin exploring the powerful relationship between attention, repetition, novelty and the brain-body connection.
Week 2 — October 13
Calm the Brain to Change the Brain
Stress & the Nervous System
Explore the relationship between stress, the nervous system and the brain. Learn practical ways to support regulation and recovery through breath, relaxation, meditation and restorative practices.
Week 3 — October 20
Move, Breathe & Rewire
Putting Neuroplasticity Into Practice
Experience how mindful movement, coordination, balance, breathing, meditation, attention, novelty and repetition can challenge the brain in new ways. This week we move from understanding neuroplasticity to experiencing it.
Week 4 — October 27
Build Your Better Brain
Lifestyle & Integration
Bring everything together as we explore the broader foundations of brain health, including movement, sleep, nutrition, learning, social connection, purpose, emotional well-being and relaxation. You will leave with your own personalized plan for continuing to support your brain and nervous system.
