Mentoring/Coaching Programs

After my diagnosis with MS I was determined to overcome the disease. And I was successful. What I have discovered is that all imbalances in the body have a root cause. The dis-ease is exactly that- a lack of ease. I found that to be true in my case. In the last 20 years of teaching yoga and applying yoga therapy protocols I have seen many people transcend many types of imbalances by finding and addressing the root cause. I have spent 26 years studying and practicing the different tools that I have learned for myself and for the benefit of all.

The programs I offer are individualized to fit each person’s needs. We each have our own story and our own interpretation of the world. It is my purpose to help you make sense of your interpretation and the resulting imbalances that you are experiencing.

I offer one on one coaching programs. After an initial complimentary session to assess whether this would be beneficial for you, the rates would be as follows.
